Help is always appreciated!
100% of donations directly fund our current activities..
Ubunye is a registered non-profit organisation with a prime focus on Foundation Education, Feeding Schemes & Community Enrichment. You can help us by getting involved in a meaningful way by offering financial support, adopting a project, donating essential items, by volunteering your skills and/or time or via corporate sponsorship.
From supporting teachers, to planning celebrations, to raising money; at Ubunye Educare, the work of volunteers is urgent and endless.
There is really no age requirement for volunteering. In fact, the earlier that volunteering begins and continues throughout childhood, the more likely a person is to participate in community activities as an adult.
We do prefer that children under the age of 14 are accompanied by a parent (or better yet, Volunteer as a family)…
Volunteer as a Family
Volunteering together as a family helps kids learn that they can make a positive difference in the lives of others – and that feels downright inspiring and good.
Volunteer as a Business
Companies with an engaged employee base are the companies that tend to thrive. Of course, you need a sound business model and products that consumers demand, but that’s not enough. Your company needs a soul!
Adopt A Project
Adopting a Project (or Cause) is a great way to contribute to the specific needs of our school and our children…
The “Adopt a Project” programme is best suited to those that can contribute towards the bigger financial requirements of our school. You can sponsor an entire project/cause or contribute towards any one of our projects/causes. Sponsoring of our projects/causes can be in the form of monetary support or the donation of equipment and/or necessary materials. Please contact us to discuss the specifics!
How wonderful that no one need wait a single moment to improve the world!
